  1. How many people can your tents sleep?

Our 5m bell tents can sleep up to 6 people. However we recommend 4-5 people so that you have a little extra space as it can be cosy with 6.

  1. Are your tents waterproof?

Yes. All of our tents are waterproof and come with fully sewn in groundsheet and treated canvas.

  1. Are your tents warm?

All of our furnished tents are designed to make you have the most comfortable night possible with thick duvets, extra blankets and throws and coverings on the ground however its recommended [ depending on what time of year you are hiring a tent] that you bring warm layers to sleep in as well just in case.

  1. What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance being payable 28 days before the commencement of the hire period.

Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to your confirmed booking will result in a 100% of the hire charge being forfeited. You may wish to obtain travel insurance to cover this.

  1. Why do I need to pay a damage waiver?

Every booking is subject to a £100 per tent fully refundable damage waiver in case of any major damages to the tent or furnishings. If there is no major damages then this will be refunded back to you within 7 days of your hire finish date. However if there is any substantial damage to the tent itself you may need to pay the difference if the £100 does not cover the cost of repair.

  1. Do you allow pets in your tents?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our bell tents with the exception of guide dogs.

  1. Do you offer a one night price?

Our tents are subject to a minimum 2 night hire price regardless of whether you require the tent for just 1 night. This is because the majority of the cost is in the staff costs, set up and delivery of the tent.
